1. Services Offered

Sinwar Nursing Care provides trained nursing staff, caregivers, attendants, physiotherapists, and related home healthcare services in Gurgaon. All services are subject to availability and patient assessment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to request or book services. You agree to provide accurate information during registration or consultation.

3. Booking & Payment
  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.

  • Fees are disclosed in advance. Full or partial payment may be required before services begin.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, QR code, or other approved methods.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

  • No refunds are given for services already rendered or for short-notice cancellations.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a clean and safe environment for our caregivers. Any mistreatment of our staff may result in immediate service termination.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we ensure that our staff are trained and background-verified, Sinwar Nursing Care shall not be held liable for any unforeseen injury, accident, or health issue arising during the care period, unless proven negligent.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon courts.
